All prices include VAT.
Freight
All products are delivered via Posti or Matkahuolto. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver products to PO box addresses.
We currently only deliver products to Finland.
Certificates of authenticity
We guarantee that the delivered rug is authentically hand-knotted and corresponds to the description on the Aitomatto.fi website. A signed certificate of authenticity is sent with every order.
14-day return policy
As a private individual, you have a 14-day open transaction. You can return your rug within 14 days and get your money back. The rug must be in its original condition and unused. The rug must be packaged in the same way it was packaged when received. More detailed information can be found under "Returns". The customer pays the return shipping.
Return
If you wish to return a rug, you must first contact us. You are responsible for ensuring that the rug arrives to us undamaged. Please ensure that the rug is well packaged.
The customer pays the freight incurred for the return. We will arrange the return shipping.
Once the return has arrived, we will refund the amount you paid to the same card or account that the order was paid for.
On the bill
If you have a Finnish personal identity code or company code, you can choose an invoice as your payment method. The invoice has a 30-day payment period (€0 service fee). Our invoicing is handled by Klarna, so if you have any questions about the invoice, please contact Klarna by phone at 09-425 997 70. When you select an invoice as your payment method at checkout, your application will undergo a standard credit check, which means that Klarna will review your credit information. In connection with payment reminders, we charge a statutory fee of €5 and late payment interest according to the Interest Act. If the invoice ends up in collection, the costs and fees of the collection agency will be added to the costs.
On the installment plan
In cooperation with Klarna, we can offer you the opportunity to split your payment into parts. We offer you several payment options, from which you can choose the most suitable one. Of course, you can pay the remaining debt at any stage in installments. All purchases you make through Klarna's Installment service are compiled into a monthly credit invoice. You make an installment payment application at the checkout when you make your purchase. At the checkout, you select Installment as the payment option and the desired installment type. You will immediately be informed whether your application has been approved, and we can process your purchase immediately. If your application is not approved, you can return to the checkout and choose an alternative payment method. If the value of your purchase exceeds €100, Klarna will send you an account agreement to sign at home. Check that your information is correct and return the signed agreement in the return envelope. Error in delivery
If there has been an error in the delivery or the product delivered is incorrect or damaged or the quantity of products delivered is incorrect, we ask you to contact our customer service. Errors must be reported within a reasonable time.
Transport damage
Transport damage must be reported directly to Posti or Matkahuolo immediately upon receipt of the delivery.
Unclaimed packages
If the ordered rugs are not received or are returned to us because the customer has not been there to collect them after several delivery attempts, we will charge the freight costs, including VAT on administrative costs. Products delivered according to the customer's special order will be charged for their full value.
Confidentiality and processing of personal data
When you place an order or register as a customer, you will be required to provide your personal information. By registering as a customer and ordering our products, you agree that we will retain the information you provide in order to fulfill our obligations to you. To ensure the highest possible level of service, we also document all contacts and discussions we have with you.
Aitomatto.fi does not disclose your personal data to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to check what information we have stored about you. If the information we have registered is incorrect, incomplete or inappropriate, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted completely. In such a case, we ask you to contact our customer service.
Cookies
Aitomatto.fi uses cookies to improve the smoothness of e-commerce. Cookies are used, among other things, to process the contents of your shopping cart and to log in. We also use cookies to measure and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order online. You can easily stop blocking cookies by changing your browser settings.
Gift card terms and conditions
The gift card can only be used to purchase Aitomaton products. You can only use one gift card at a time. The gift card is valid until the date indicated on the gift card, and it will also expire on that date. If you purchase a rug with a gift card and decide to return it, you will receive another gift card in exchange. The value of the new gift card corresponds to the value of the rug, less the costs incurred for the return. If the entire value of the gift card has not been used in the previous purchase, you can use the remaining part to purchase the rug. However, if you purchase a rug whose value exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer.
You should treat a gift card like cash, as it also has monetary value. Keep the gift card in a safe place. Aitomatto is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
Aitomatto reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of use of the gift card at any time and to take any action it deems necessary, including cancelling the gift card if Aitomatto deems it necessary. This does not affect the customer's legal rights.
