Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and put it right.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
